B-29 Superfortress Lucky Leven Model Airplane:
The first service test airplane was first flown on June 26, 1943, and deliveries of the aircraft began almost immediately. While itself one of the most innovative airplanes in aviation history, the B-29 also played a part in supersonic research, used as a launch platform for dropping rocket-powered research airplanes. The production total of nearly 4,000 B-29s of all versions must be regarded as very large, having regard to their size and cost, and it is not surprising that B-29s saw a wide variety of employment following World War II, operating under several designations. A number of B-29s were used operationally during the Korean War.
With our B29 Lucky Leven wooden model plane, you don't only receive a handsome display piece, but a spectacular work of art. All parts are cautiously carved, plus the vibrant colors and markings are painted on the B29 Lucky Leven wood display model for precision. This beautiful handmade authentic Lucky Leven B-29 model display plane is made entirely by hand, from the hand crafting of the fuselage, wings and tail section - to the sanding of the aircraft's contours. This B-29 Superfortress Lucky Leven display model airplane has a dimension of 23.75" wingspan and has a 17" length. This B29 Lucky Leven display plane is perfect for exhibit and made to last. This B-29 Lucky Leven model display plane comes with a metal stand and wooden base.
